Spending across the media tracked by TNS MI fell 3.7% during the second quarter of 2008, reflecting the worsening of the U.S. economy, and a slackening of demand from major marketers for most major media. The second half of 2008 is expected to rise a little with the Olympics and the election but what will consumer spending do?
