(www.webcontentcafe.com) - The web is awash with low-quality content, especially in the form of short articles. Weekend entrepreneurs write them, and large web properties like Yahoo! and AOL add them to their sites by the thousand. The trouble is, while this short, low-quality content might attract some search engine traffic and make you a few dollars in advertising revenues, it can also damage your reputation and your brand.
keulenae (1 month ago) Excellent post on a relevant point. I couldn't agree more. I've seen the offers or request for bids for masses of articles at a few $ per piece on freelance sites and couldn't help to feel puzzled. In our organisation, the cost for developing an article varies between 150 and 600 $. The internet would certainly be a better place if we had more quality and less fragmentation.
